Renewed Health and Fitness offers two different types of personal training: in-person, and online.
In-person Personal Training
During an in-person session, the customer will receive an individualized training program specifically tailored to their needs, whether that be weight loss, regaining mobility or strength, improving athletic performance, or just to get healthier.
We literally work out of the most beautiful gym within the Lynchburg area, the Jamerson YMCA (trust me, I’ve seen them all), and are available for sessions throughout the week from Monday to Friday. Not only will you have access to this great facility, and its weight and cardio rooms, but by training with Renewed, you will also be able to utilize our great personal training studio, as well as some of my own equipment that I tend to bring to sessions.
We offer top-notch personal training at an awesome, affordable price. When you train with Renewed, you are helping to guarantee that you are going to get the results that you want. No more guess work with what exercises to do, how to modify exercises specifically for you, or how to create your own program. We create programs specifically designed with YOU in mind. We can help you to find ways to work around that knee pain, lose that stubborn weight, or to help you to reach the level of strength that you want to achieve! We offer both one-on-one and partner personal training as well, so you and your significant other, or even just your good friend, can come on in and get an awesome workout!
Online Personal Training
Here at Renewed we understand that not everybody has the time or the desire to work out one-on-one with somebody, or maybe even you live way far away from an area where we can travel. In instances where those are factors, online personal training is the way to go.
Online personal training still allows you access to an individualized exercise program tailored just for you, scientific nutrition advice, and Renewed as your go-to for fitness help, but all at a much lower price than in-person training.
Made For You
We’d start out going over your fitness goals, your exercise background, lifestyle and nutritional habits, as well as any current pains/injuries/limitations. With this nailed down, we’ll then be able to design a program specifically for you. This is no cookie cutter exercise program. This is designed the entire time with you, your best interest, and your goals in mind.
Well, after getting your program created and sent out to you, you’ll have access to a specialized video library showing and vividly describing each exercise that you are to do, . We’ll stay in touch a couple of times each week, and tweak things here and there as we both see fit together.
By following the program, you’re guaranteed to see results.
One Last Thing…
You should expect to have to work at this. Online training is not your fast ticket to a better life unless you are willing to put in the effort. Personal training is not only about teaching people how to improve in different areas such as strength, weight loss, and flexibility, but also about helping people to get their life on the track of prolonged health, using practical and sustainable exercise programs.
