Weight Loss & Management
Renewed Health & Fitness is now offering our Weight Loss & Management presentation! All too often people are misinformed as to what it takes to truly lose weight and to keep it off. Diets can help one to lose weight, but often cause one to gain even more weight in the long run! If you are interested in not only how to lose weight, but how to keep it off, and how to do this safely, then this presentation is for you!

This is a top notch presentation taught by an ACSM Health Fitness Specialist that lasts around an hour and covers all of the essentials of how to either lose or manage one’s weight.
Group Exercise Sessions
Renewed Health and Fitness loves the atmosphere of a group exercise session. Exercise was meant to be fun, and there’s nothing like getting to work out with your friends!
We currently work with a more elderly population, but are open to other opportunities as well. This is a great all-around way to improve your health! Strength, cardiorespiratory endurance, flexibility, and range-of-motion exercises are all incorporated into our exercise programs, and are specifically designed to be for older populations, low-impact (aka, easy on the joints), and most of all, fun!
Sessions last 45 minutes, and we bring all of our own equipment.
